I can't believe I am writing that about at a piedmont Sauvignon Blanc, but that is very much the case here. Rich and almost phenolic, with tons of depth, the Dives offers up a whole range of apricot and orchard fruit flavours, along with varietal floral, sage and tomato leaf accents. The balance of riper Sauvignon flavours and energy is compelling. Aging in acacia lends structure and textural depth, but
